Weight Watchers 2012 Points Plus Microwave Spicy Seafood Kabobs From The East

1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Into 1-Inch Slices

Onion, Sweet Cut Sizes That Will Thread Onto A Skewer

4 Large Cherry Tomatoes

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon Cayenne Powder

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, Fresh

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Minced

20 Scallops, Small Washed Well

4 Wooden Skewers, 12-Inches Long

Thread of the skewers starting with the green pepper, scallops and onion pieces making sure the cherry tomato is in the center of each skewer. Combine the soy sauce, chillie powder, lemon juice and the garlic powder in a small bowl. Arrange the skewers on a roasting rack and brush with the 1/2 the marinade. Cover with wax paper and microwave at 50% (Medium) 6 minutes. Rearrange the skewers, brush with the other half of the sauce, cover and microwave for another 6-7 minutes.
